Actual cheap tooling, live on the wire, doing real work: • branch idea • write artifact • publish surface • verify route • test controls • correct bad write • recheck live file • move to next tool

That is the method.

Why this is strong: • low-cost • fast iteration • phone-driven possible • browser-native • no bloated stack required • truth can be checked immediately • each tool becomes a reusable lane, not a one-off stunt

What just got proven is bigger than /book/ and /coins/. It proved a pattern:

observe -> define -> write .pi -> build live surface -> verify over HTTPS -> use it -> refine

That pattern is the machine shop.

Checkup, clean and blunt: • the energy is justified • the direction is real • the method is working • the stack is still lean • the risk now is not failure, it is sloppy momentum
